Back by Popular Demand; The Outback’s most iconic night of creativity, cuisine, and connection is making a grand return in 2025 - and this year, we’re taking things up a notch!
Imagine this: the golden glow of a setting sun over an open paddock, the laughter of friends old and new, a canvas awaiting your creative have-a-go, and a feast that celebrates the rich flavours of our land.

Here’s what’s in store for our biggest and best event yet:

•Painting with a Paddock Twist:
Grab a brush and let your imagination run wild!
Under Sig’s expert guidance, you’ll paint a charming outback hat - an iconic symbol of country life.
Whether you’re an experienced painter or a total beginner, you’ll create a masterpiece to take home, celebrating the beauty of rural Australia and the unique spirit of the bush.

•Feasting Under the Stars:
This year, Haylee from Classique Catering is stepping it up with an even more decadent menu.
Start with irresistible grazing boards while you paint, dive into hearty mains, and top it all off with a dessert that’s as sweet as the evening itself.  
Every bite is a celebration of local flavours and seasons, lovingly crafted to tantalise your taste buds.

With music, laughter, and unforgettable moments, this is your invitation to experience a night where creativity and connection collide.

WHAT YOUR TICKET INCLUDES:

1. Entry to Palettes & Palates in the Paddock. 
2. An exquisite dining experience by Classique Catering (Grazing, Mains & Dessert).
3. A guided painting workshop with The Pink Galah, complete with all materials.  
4.Complimentary bubbles on arrival and water throughout the event.  
5. Return bus transport to/from Private Property, ensuring everyone arrives safely and in style (mandatory)
6. On-site bathroom facilities.
7. Spectacular paddock views, a buzzing atmosphere, and great music.
8. Professional photographer to capture the magic with you and your crew.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Transport: Pick-up & drop-off at Cobar Bowling & Golf Club Carpark. 
Arrive at the Carpark early for immediate 4:45pm departure - buses start loading at 4:30pm sharp. Please be ready to have your booking name checked off. 

• Buses home arrive at 10pm to leave by 10:30pm to return attendees to Cobar Bowling & Golf Club Carpark. 

Dress Code: 
Ladies: Sparkles & Boots.  
Men: Smart Casual & Boots (add sparkles if you can.)(Closed-toe shoes/ boots are required for safety.)

BYO Drinks: Feel free to bring a small esky for your own drinks. Complimentary bubbles and water provided.

TICKETS:  

• Bookings close Saturday 8th March 2025 or sooner if we sell out. 
• Limited spots available. 
• 16+ welcome (with an accompanying adult).

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable after 8th March 2025. Please consider your availability before purchasing.

2. Ticket Resales: If by some chance you cannot attend, and you decide to resell your ticket, you must notify our team immediately by emailing: thepinkgalah@outlook.com with the full name and contact details of the new ticket holder. This ensures the booking is updated and valid.

3. Personal Responsibility: By attending the event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, health, and safety throughout the event. The Pink Galah and Classique Catering will not be held responsible.
